Our Project Consultant meets you on site to discuss the project, answer questions and create a ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)

Once you’re ready to move forward with the design process we will collect a deposit and schedule your design walk

Our design and planning team meets with you on site to take measurements, speak with you about your dream build and schedule your first design revision

We meet in our office to go over every aspect of your new design. This is your chance to weigh in on different options and request changes. 

We will now review the changes and refine any minor details. 

Once you’re absolutely certain you want to move forward you will sign the authorization. Changes after this point can incur additional costs. 

With your budget top of mind, we will present your completed final quote. Your Project Consultant is available to answer any questions. Once ready you will sign the final quote. 

We navigate engineering and submit for permits. 

While we wait for approval on the permits, you will work with our design team to make material selections. 

You will view your selections online to confirm your choice and sign off on each selection. 

With selections finished our CAD designers will put all of the finishes on your plan so we are ready to build once permits are approved
